Detecting calls

Hi,

I have a few questions for you about DeepSqueak. I am new to analyzing USVs. When I detect my pup's calls, i realized a generally constant voice at 40 Hz except pups calls which I accepted. Here are my questions below;

1. Should i accept as a pups calls that this 40Hz constant voice or is it just a noise?
2. If it is a noise, how can i erase and discriminate from my real pups calls?
3. Do 40Hz voice affects the other pups call frequency at the same time?
