The external dependency cpu_features is used in GraphBLAS. Currently the three year old release 0.6.0 is used. Is there a reason to not update to 0.9.0 which provides three releases of updated CPUs and bug fixes. Should I create a pull request?
One downside is that cpu_features requires CMake 3.13.
