Current Behavior: If user refreshes browser window, connected wallet is disconnected
Issue: Wallet is disconnected on a browser window refresh

Desired Behavior: Wallet remains connected to Dracula Protocol dashboard if browser window is refreshed or user opens another instance of dracula protocol in another tab.
