Describe the Bug

When using a recipe that uses tags as ingredients, the Cooking Guide will only allow a single valid item instead of all of them.

Reproduction Steps

1. Set a Cooking Guide to Vegetable Noodles
2. Set a Mechanical Arm to remove invalid ingredients/extract output
3. Put a valid vegetable in the cooking pot
4. The Mechanical Arm will remove it

Expected Result

The Mechanical arm should not remove valid ingredients.
