The app is allowing another tethered device to extract files, actions, location, behavior, MMS messages sent or received, SMS messages sent or received, Cell tower information, call transmissions intercepted ingoing or out going. Really is a problem.

As far as I can tell MMIGroup is a system app (automatically installed, not removable) on some Samsung phones (outside the USA and Canada).
Not sure if there is ANY connection to DS.
