Crossepg and storage device (configuration)‏

I'm having problems with my crossepg (dm800se). Always the option of external devices is unavailable, appearing only internal flash, but I see the 2 devices (device manager) and play my videos using media player. I did flash with new image, but I need to restart the box to appears my pen drive (crossepg configuration: sotrage device). How do I see what is happening?
