I've recently posted an issue on the BFO GitHub page about the term 'part_of' (BFO:0000050). BFO-ontology/BFO#218

Apparently, it has been moved over to the Relationship Ontology but the prefix will remain as BFO rather than picking up a new RO prefix. When we use the OLS API to lookup the term and set the 'local' flag to true we receive no results. Would it be possible to set the flag for this term as being defined by the Relationship Ontology so our queries will return a result? I assume that there are more terms from the BFO that get pushed over to RO, but I don't know what all of those are.

We can update the RO config in OLS to reflect this. I'll just do it for part_of for now, but if there are others please let us know.
