DR failed in slim solr indexer step with errors that are related to getting trait info from ols

@karatugo to add code to log the EFO causing the issue and bypass it.

This fix means we will not be alerted if such thing occurs in the future, we need to discuss if we should keep or revert the changes after DR, or maybe bypass the failed trait and send a warning email to gwas-dev
