Sort partners alphabetically

The list of partners is currently not sorted alphabetically (SURF comes after the universities), this should probably be changed (unless this was done on purpose?).

Agreed, I don't think it's intentional at all, let's fix that.

I always vote against alphabetical ordering.

It's not the best, but it's better that fifo.

@zilverberg We're sorting on institution name here, not last name ;)

As someone who always comes last in those lists, it should be randomly sorted every refresh! :)
