In order to get a good overview of all the baseline fields that we have mapped, it would be nice to display them in a dashboard.

Two main goals for this dashboard:

Review. Easy insight to which target concept and target domain a field is mapped.
Search. For a field, find quickly whether it is mapped and if so how it is mapped (i.e. where can I find this in the OMOPed data).

We already made an initial version, using Dash:

(note: run it with the repo home as working directory)
