Motivations

We currently have no options for stakeholders to speak to us directly.

For 45 Euro per month we can have a professional cloud-based system with a number like 085 4000 040 which is also of course accessible internationally at +31 85 4000 040. It has the following functionalities:

  • Call forwarding based on menu
  • Voice mail function that can be listened back on the web
  • Welcome message
  • Waiting list with background music
  • Call recording
  • Full flexible online system to change the endpoints (even in an app)
  • VIP whitelisting
  • Mobile app

Proposal for Implementation

  • Explore options for Dutch Phone number
  • Establish menu items with PMO and WP leads
  • Establish call forwarding processes
  • Test system
  • Rollout system
