Today, we discussed a rough roadmap from now until end of quarter:

Preparations (DLR)

1. Finalize Kubernetes service (new infrastructure based on OpenStack) - expected by end of January
2. Deploy ArgoCD

EOEPCA+ deployment

1. Set up EOEPCA ArgoCD GitOps
2. Deploy Resource Catalog (Resource Discovery BB) - new on Terrabyte
3. Plan migration of public STAC content (10-15 collections with a total of ~40e6 items) from current PgSTAC to Data Access BB PgSTAC + STAC API. The database and STAC API for private data will remain as-is for now.
4. Deploy visualization services - new on Terrabyte
5. Deploy STAC Manager and conduct internal testing

Potential further work beyond WO#04
