Following the example at https://json-editor.github.io/json-editor/upload.html, git-clerk should support a user uploading file(s) and posting them in a GitHub commit.

Maybe it could be an additional option like "create file", also have "upload file(s)" like GitHub does: https://github.com/EOX-A/git-clerk/upload/main
