This is partially to be changed in the schema, partially in eox-jsonform:

hide/disable fields by default (like in OSC case id, stac-version etc.) -> schema?
provide enum values for certain fields (like in OSC case for "variables", provide dropdown with existing values -> jsonform ("Dynamic" enums from within the branch #58)
map bbox editor -> jsonform
time and date selection -> jsonform
