Challenge: internationalization

Now
The application utilizes default solution for intl (vue-i18n package) аs de-facto conventional way for such goals. Recommended by vuetify library (https://vuetifyjs.com/en/features/internationalization/)

Next challenge
We may go ahead and integrate a code generator for extracting keys from code directly for next replacing on the translated text
