Add multi-treading support in ExcelRange and ExcelStyles classes. Also see Multiple threading operations on different worksheets can easily cause exceptions #894

Use the new .NET 9 Lock statement where possible. Improved performance for .NET 9.0+ using the new System.Threading.Lock. #1560
