my jupyterlab busy all the time

When I run Run
./create_newcase --case ~/clm_tutorial_cases/I2000_CTSM_FATESsp --res f45_g37 --compset I2000Clm51FatesSpRsGs --run-unsupported
in CTSM-Lab, it freezes and displays the following. I remember running it successfully. How can I solve this problem?
