Solution

The Errata Service will provide a web form to end-users to record an issue.
This will automatically send to climate modelling groups the issue raised.
It will be hidden from public view until it has been validated by the modelling centre.

Issues

Need to avoid flooding/spurious the climate modelling groups
Duplication of issues

Time-scale

Deployment in March-April 2020.

Docs

Homogenise the documentation, for how users register issues.

Main goal is open issue submission to all users, this is already possible via the issue.

Issue needs moderation, must email data provider, this is the same as above so it is not possible at present to commit the resource to enhance Errata in this way although desired.
