From Open Group Definitions:

  • Text file: A file that contains characters organized into zero or more lines. …
  • Line: A sequence of zero or more non- characters plus a terminating character.

The generated structure.sql, at least when there is only one migration, does not end in a newline, which is mildly annoying.
