The bilayer is most useful if it comes 'pre-populated' with constraints. For instance:
head_1 | tail | tail | head_2
head_1 is same as head_2 but can have different hydrations both tail's are the same a single roughness parameter for all interfaces
head_1
head_2
tail
(when I say the same, I mean using the same parameter objects)
There is then the choice of if it should be defined using area per molecule, or another way.
