Phospholipid bilayer.

A lipid by-layer consists of two surfactant layers where one is inverted.

  • Head1-Tail1 Tail2-Head2 (Surfactant1 Surfactant2)

The bilayer is most useful if it comes 'pre-populated' with constraints. For instance:

head_1 | tail | tail | head_2

head_1 is same as head_2 but can have different hydrations
both tail's are the same
a single roughness parameter for all interfaces

(when I say the same, I mean using the same parameter objects)

There is then the choice of if it should be defined using area per molecule, or another way.
