It has been brought to our attention that images on the GTDB statistics page are hard to read for colorblind individuals. It would be good if we could add a toggle button on this page the switched the images to colorblind safe versions.

I've made it easy to create all the plots on the GTDB website using the current and color blind safe palettes. This can be done with:

gtdb_release_tk all_release_plots bac120_metadata_r.tsv ar53_metadata_r.tsv ./plots
