Pop Up Notification Support

As I’ve gotten more used to my radio (the 128x64 RadioMaster MT12, I’ve added some helpful logical functions to help notify me about battery life, BEC overload, etc.

I have, of course, sounds and warnings set for these, but sometimes when you’re driving, you can’t really hear the sound, so my proposal is that some for of banner notifications is implemented.

This feature already exists when you delete something from the SD card (comes up from bottom) and I think the same UI element could be triggered via a special function. I,e you could program the words to pop up and how long that popup stays onscreen.

It could also be useful to simply alert the user to something, without needing distracting warning sounds and an easy way to be more precise than general sounds like “Warning”.
