Start and end sliders on progress bar

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is possible to specify start and end times on the web component config (attributes), but there is no possibility in the HTML interface yet

Describe the solution you'd like
On the progress bar add two sliders, one at 0.0 (or supplied start) and one at the end (or supplied end time)
