Why do the bottom two rows have such massive vertical padding?

In particular, the spacing of the CTA row can be polished up. Also, wow, those oranges are soooo different.

The different oranges is a Figma rendering artifact. In Figma for me the orange has a neon-like quality.

In both places the hex code is #E85200
