Display anatomy table's nested component properties in inline block format

Problem

When anatomy is displayed in tabular format, property/value pairs in the nested component table are shown in an inline format. This format creates a tighter display, inconsistent with traditional attribute property value pairs, when both are shown in an inline-block format.

Solution

Show property/value pairs of nested components within inline-block frames that include padding as other attributes are displayed.
