One thing that might help us more is the ability to show token values as custom css properties, or really any of the options Figma currently offers for displaying variables in dev mode. In a similar vein, being able to show certain values by their CSS property value would be useful (for example, Item spacing would be Gap, autolayout would be converted to flexbox values), etc.

The biggest challenge I’m trying to solve is my developers aren’t familiar with Figma, including dev mode, and really need their hands held to capture all of the careful spacing, intended responsiveness, etc. We also need them to use our design tokens, rather than just copying number values.
