Create a "test" branch for pixy+liquid duo

Create:

connect pixy arduino and liquidduo arduino via i2c or Serial (you choose)
when the liquidduo gets a command (function_id = 'p') the LQ asks the pixy via the protocol which combination it is seeing
if everything is working nicely with no errors, merge with master
