Not having any luck with this one in version 3.0. I can import the extension, but when clicking the From or To buttons within an application, no modal / date picker appears.

--UPDATE--
This appears to be related to Firefox v 47.0.1 (Apple OS X). Seems to be working fine in Chrome v 51.0.2704.103.
