Produce a step-by-step help guide to using TeSS.

See DReSA's guides for reference:

I started some tutorials based on the Current Protocols in Bioinformatics paper. The link is in the TeSS club minutes. Would this be complementary to the user guide?

Yes absolutely, we were discussing using the protocols paper as the starting point

In the tutorials, we would also try to give some context about the why we do want to use Bioschemas.
Creating a user guide like the example from DreSA is nice, too. The format is a bit more formal.

Since I would like to use a markdown based tutorial, I think that I could also include videos which are created in the user guide context.

We could chat about this during the next TeSS club.
