Empowerer Causing Screen Glitch & Crash

When using the empowerer recipe and after the last item is placed down, the screen suddenly turned pink and the game doesn't seems to respond to any input. A while later vanillafix pops up and said that the game have crashed caused by actually additions. I tried to reenter the world again, but the screen is still pink after re-entering the world. The crashreport is attatched down below.

However, after quitting the game and reentering everything is back to normal and the recipe is also complete. I will do furthur test to make sure is this a constantly recurring issue (will take a while).
