Events for client implementations

Client apps that interact with this contract could potentially query its orderbook dictionary state directly but most production implementations would want to consume events to keep up to date with the orderbook state closer to real time.

Casper does not yet have native events but we have a recommended standard to use in the meantime - https://github.com/make-software/casper-event-standard
