Enabling window title notifications doesn't automatically apply #27

Steps to reproduce:

Click username in top left to access application options
Check the 'Show unread conversations in title' option
Close

The process above enables the use of title notifications, but this change is not automatically applied, a browser refresh is required to apply the new setting.
