Building the project fails

Looks like some nuget post build actions not working, not sure why

@john-warpdevelopment I cannot reproduce this problem unfortunately. If you run the solution from Visual Studio, do you also get this error? And have you tried running VS as an administrator to see if that helps?

I just downloaded the latest build as a zip and started up visual studio (2012 with updates) and then it won't start up. I was going to remove the build scripts and add the missing ref's manually, but couldn't find all of them in the right versions and gave up.
