If a species not containing the TF is included in the analysis, the program correctly identifies this via BLAST, but somehow fails to update the list and remove the species from analysis. Later on, the program crashes when evaluating the last elements in the target genomes list, specifically, when trying to pull off the phylogenetic weighting. The reason is that the tree does not contain the last species in the target list.
