If we turn 'crop' off and on again in export settings, the crop offset and dimensions are gone #833

As description. When only unchecking the 'crop' in the export panel (seen when in PNG image export mode) the custom set offset and dimensions to crop to are now gone/reset. I would expect the settings to still be there when turning crop back on.

This problem seems to occur when the preview is not open. As long as the preview is open, the crop settings are not lost when the Crop is checked or unchecked. After closing the preview, uncheck Crop and turn it on again, the values will be 0, 0, 1, and 1, respectively.
This problem did not occur until 4.2.11 and seems to have occurred since 4.2.12. The following issue was fixed in 4.2.12 and might affect this behavior:
