[Bug]: 聊天记录滚动bug #44

BUG 描述
打开页面后有几率聊天记录往上滚动不了，页面会自动往下滚动，抢手动滚动的操作.但是一旦按F12后就恢复正常了

预期效果
解决页面自动抢“往下滚动的操作”.
