Minor allele frequency with a grouped gen_tibble

Currently, big_apply is used by loci_alt_freq() to prevent memory issues when calculating allele frequencies for large gen_tibble objects. This needs implementing in the method for grouped gen_tibble objects as well, to avoid all data being loaded in one go
