Configurable Ctrl+Enter as [Send] behaviour in Chat

The current hardcoded behavior in Chat is:

Enter = Send message
Shift + Enter = New line

Please make these keys configurable. I want/need the behaviour to be

Ctrl + Enter = Send message
Enter = New line (it'd be fine if Shift + Enter did this too)

It totally messes with my writing flow to have to remember to use Shift-Enter for new line instead. Enter as newline is decades of thought and muscle memory. I'm constantly having to stop the agent because I'm not actually finished composing my prompt and have just used Enter by mistake.
