BlackHole - no output sound on iMac using OBS

Describe the bug

It's a question. I follow the instructions to configure everything in Audi midi. But I can't get output sound while recording with OBS. I have to change parameters in different places with without result. The loudspeakers are blocked when I want to increase or decrease volume. I hope to find a solution because OBS seems to be very interesting.

Reproduction Steps

1. I have make the changes in Ops and in Mac preferences without result

Expected Behavior

To get the output sound while recording a VHs using Digitnow! and OBS
