Whisper/Llava logging example

Probably best as an example, but scripts to setup BlackHole to log speaker audio with timestamps so it can be post-processed with whisper.cpp and ran through a local LLM to search your own workflow. Probably also log screenshots every 5-15 seconds and use LLAVA to annotate. Stupid sqlite table of (PRIMARY_KEY, timestamp, screenshot, audio file) would work.

Watching Microsoft Ignite today was dystopian. This should be something you do on localhost.
