Cannot analyze in-app trackers - any alternative?

I admit that I only partially understand explanation that Exodus cannot analyze some restricted (geographically) apps (need more info - why?), but I'm looking for some alternative.
My issue is that it can't get trackers info of this app:

Exodus shows permissions, but no trackers at all. May be that Exodus issue itself?

Could you be so kind and tell me how to get it or advise me any alternative to Exodus?
