EyesDok-BE 에서 EyesDokBE 로 변경

'-'(하이푼)차이로 django-admin startapp 파일이 생성 안돼는 오류가 생겨서 원인 찾아보니
깃 클론시 Repository명이 django project,app 상위폴더로서 '-'(하이푼) 이 들어가면 안됀다고 함

그리고 우리 '눈똑들이기 메인 페이지' 에서 사용자에게 눈똑 작성하기 권한 줄 것인지 의논 필요
