Attempt to unify the geometry with pyFAI. Related issue:

Manage orientation in the export to ImageD11 silx-kit/pyFAI#2090
also, check which flips and (rot90) are allowed and how to convert
read poni files

Add a testcase to ImageD11 computing twotheta / eta for a series of different poni/par files and check the numbers.
