Extended Analysis Schema

This is carrying on from #318 which I will be closing to remain organised somehow.

Alongside the simplification of the dataset class (#370), we should save the detector, geometric and material parameters like below:

• json/YAML/TOML style - human and machine readable
• Minimal file paths
  • Sample name
  • Dataset name
  • dataroot
  • analysisroot
• detector parameters
  • spatial
  • flat
  • dark
  • mask
• geometric parameters
  • distance
  • tilts
• phase parameters
  • unitcell
  • spacegroup

Tasks needed:

• Decide on analysis schema format - we already have something in parameters.py that can be extended/moved - see Saving processing parameters & Nexus output, etc #318 and Support for extended data analysis parameters #321
• Ensure compatibility with older .par file format

Nexus is not limited to HDF5 - any hierarchical data format will work!
