There are some mentions to the recommendations RSMD-6.6, but there is no RSMD-6.6 on the RSMD guidelines website or neither on the RSMD publication, version 1, Mar 6, 2024

The RSMD-6.6 description is not found, but the RSMD guidelines checklist page mention it, and also the fair-impact metrics for software page also mention it on the FRSM-15 section.
