Integration of STAC Catalog with STAC entries in APIs

rasdaman provides both OGC API - Coverage and openEO endpoints, that in turn integrate STAC in their Collection descriptions.

Can our STAC catalog access these entries from the APIs, or are we creating parallel worlds here?

Most notably rasdaman is missing the "properties" section, but that could be fixed as most of the information already exists and is used to generate the DescribeCoverage.

Ignore my comment above: the rangetype, metadata etc. in OGC API - Coverages are in separate locations rather than collected in a single document like in the STAC catalog, see the links array in ERA5_Land_monthly

@eox-cs1 @baloola any insights on integrating the STAC records available via APIs into the catalog? Can we reuse them from where they are, or do we need duplicates in our catalog repo?
