设置固定宽度后样式显示错误 #89

我给el-tree设置一个固定宽度后，内部元素左侧没有对齐

如果不设置宽度，右侧的滚动条位置就会根据内容变换，体验很不好，我是用原生element设置宽度没有问题，开启虚拟dom后就会出现显示问题
以下是正常样式，不设宽度或者使用原生element的。
