Update the "Save to PDF" output format to be Evergreen

The "export at pdf" option seems to puts all documentation on season specific headers requiring annual work to update. We are trying to move as many things to evergreen content formatting as possible.

This is the current Evergreen template for reference. It doesn't need to be100% the same but should follow a similar style.
