確認したバグ

  • Beaconのstateが常に0になる

望ましい挙動

  • Beaconがある場所ではstateが1になる

feature/map_xmlのときは検知できてるので、そこと比べて違うとこ確認する
MainActivity, BeaconDetection Serviceのどこかが違うはず

FLAG_IMMUTABLEのところしか変わってない

targetsdk変えたのが原因説ある

targetsdk 32以上じゃないと怒られるから、変えざるを得ないっぽい
