Solar Generators not having recipes

Describe the bug

Solar Generators don't have recipes, they are made for Thermal Series and Thermal isn't in the game.

When you try and look for a recipe in JEI it only works for the first two Leadstone, and Hardened, as they use Lead(Mekanism) and Invar (Railcraft) but the others are looking for Thermal Alloys and the pack doesn't have Thermal

Steps to reproduce

Click on Redstone Solar Panel, Does nothing
